Welcome to the Office of Child Welfare Parental Defense

The Office of Child Welfare Parental Defense is charged with providing training, assistance and advice to parental defense attorneys to help ensure that families receive skilled, competent legal representation.  Services to parental defense attorneys are currently being provided through a contract with the Parental Defense Alliance of Utah.

Working 4 Utah logoAs part of Governor Huntsman's "Working 4 Utah" initiative, the Department of Administrative Services' offices are open for business from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, with some noted exceptions.
